Master Ben is located in Foshan city, near Guangzhou, only 30minutes far away from Baiyun international airport by car.
Q3: How can I get samples?
Once you confirm the offer and pay the sample fee, we will prepare your samples within 7 days. The samples can then be shipped using your courier account (e.g., DHL/FedEx) or we can arrange shipment for you.
Q4: What is your sample fee policy?
The sample fee is refundable. It will be fully deducted from the payment of your first bulk order. Please note that the shipping cost for samples is to be borne by the buyer.
Q5: Do you offer custom designs? / Can you produce according to my design?
Yes, we offer OEM/OEM services. You can send us your design or specifications, and we will produce the mattress exactly as you require.
Q6: Can you add my logo to the product?
Yes, we offer logo customization. To proceed, we kindly ask you to provide us with your trademark registration certificate or authorization letter, as required by law.
